The Moroccan midfielder’s move away from Angers takes a surprising form after a long transfer saga, with Marseille coming out on top. With a fee of just under £9 million, this move will prompt surprise across Leeds as the Whites were being quoted a significantly higher sum, especially after Napoli’s offer of over £13 million was met with rejection.
