Fabrizio Romano has issued a massive Manchester United transfer update which is sure to please fans of the Red Devils.
The transfer insider gave his coveted “here we go” on the sale of United youngster James Garner, but included a huge detail which is where the good news lies. The Manchester giants have inserted into the deal a buy back clause, meaning that if Garner reaches his incredibly high potential, they can bring him back to the Theatre of Dreams without dealing with tough negotiation tactics from Everton.

Manchester United Transfer Update – Business Becoming Smarter This Summer
This summer has represented a massive improvement in the transfer business of Manchester United.
Erik ten Hag’s side have made some smart additions. Tyrell Malacia was brought in to strengthen at left-back, and he has since seemingly overtaken Luke Shaw as Erik ten Hag’s preferred starter on the left-hand side of the defence. His performances against Liverpool and Southampton recently were admirable, and he won over fans with his passion and desire, traits which had been sorely missing from the side at the end of last season.

Christian Eriksen was also signed on a free transfer after his contract expired with Brentford, representing a great piece of business considering his quality.
The first of two players to have already played under Ten Hag before their Old Trafford move, Lisandro Martinez completed his transfer to the red half of Manchester in July, and, like Malacia, has been met with much appreciation from fans thanks to his personality, although his skillset certainly helps.
Now, they have signed defensive midfielder Casemiro in an absolutely vital move for the club, and officially agreed a deal with Ajax to acquire Antony.
At this stage, receiving £15 million for a young midfielder with no Premier League starts seems like good business considering United will have a buy back clause ready to activate should Garner blossom into the fantastic midfielder he has the potential to be.
