Career So Far
Jozwiak came through the youth academy at Lech Poznan, who have won the Polish top-flight seven times. His professional debut for the club came in February 2016 when he was just 17-years-old. He came off the bench for the last 15 minutes of a 4-1 win over Legia Warsaw.
After a loan spell at GKS Katowice to gain more first-team experience, Jozwiak returned to Poznan and became a regular in their first-team squad. He made over 100 appearances for the club and was a key part of their squad in both the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons.
He helped Poznan to a second-place finish in the Polish league last season as they finish three points behind eventual champions Legia Warsaw.
Jozwiak has also represented Poland internationally, playing all the way through from the U16s to the U21s before making his senior debut in a Euro 2020 qualifier against Slovenia in November 2019.
What Was Said?
Speaking to the club website about the move, Jozwiak said: “I’m so happy that I am here. It’s the next step in my career. I’m so excited and so happy.
“I knew about the interest in me in December so I saw a few matches. I know Krystian Bielik, he’s my friend, I spoke with him and he told me it will be a good step for me so I’m happy that I’m here.”
