Crawley Town have announced the signings of Tyler Frost and Archie Davies. Both players arrive on free transfers as Crawley begin to shape their squad ahead of the new season.
Midfielder Frost arrives from Championship side Reading, while full-back Davies joins from Brighton & Hove Albion.

Frost Signs Two-Year Deal
Midfielder Frost arrives from Reading and has signed a two-year deal. The midfielder has been an ever-present in the Reading U23s side and has impressed.
In his 58 appearances for the Royals U23 side, Frost has scored 14 times and registered nine assists. Frost briefly spent time at non-league side Havant & Waterlooville during the 2018/19 season, making seven appearances.
Speaking to the Crawley website about Frost, head coach John Yems said: “He spent 3-4 weeks training with us before lockdown. He did well with us whilst at training, played at a good level before with reading and once again he could be a good addition to the squad.”
Technical Director Erdem Konyar added: “Tyler is a player known to us through our Reading connection and Lee Bradbury. Tyler has a great work ethic and is a talent that we expect to show quick progression.”
Davies Also Signs Two-Year Deal at Crawley
As well as announcing Tyler Frost, Crawley have also confirmed the signing of full back Archie Davies, who arrives following his release from Premier League side Brighton.
The defender has signed a two-year deal with the option of a third. He has been a regular for the Brighton U23 side, making 35 appearances. Davies also made his senior debut last season in a League Cup defeat to Aston Villa.
He is an energetic full-back who likes to attack and put crosses into the box. The defender has spent time out on loan with non-league Whitehawk.
Speaking about Davies, head coach Yems said: “I saw Archie last year, he could be a top player for us, with experience of being at Brighton over the last eight years, he’ll be a good contender to challenge for spaces.”
