He broke into the Bayer Leverkusen side in the 2016/17 season, just 17-years-old on his senior debut.
Scoring four goals and assisting six, Havertz’s breakout campaign was a wild success. And it has looked up from there.
Last season, his career-best so far, the youngster scored 17 goals. This season has not been much worse either, with 11 goals to his name and multiple games left.
The German’s skill and ability has made him a highly sought after talent in the footballing world. He would be a fantastic asset for any side, and three seem to be currently battling for his signature.

Los Blancos are looking to continue their success over the past few years by signing top talent, and Havertz certainly fits into that category. But United and Liverpool would also be keen to make a move.
