According to Andy Dunn of the Daily Mirror, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is tipped to takeover from Joachim Low as manager of the German national team.

The German boss views managing his national side as the next step in his career.
It is a move that would make sense. Klopp has achieved what he has wanted to with the clubs that he has managed so far in his career. He has already won the UEFA Champions League with Liverpool, and before the Coronavirus pandemic halted football, he also looked set to deliver a Premier League title for the Reds.
However, despite the hopes that he will remain at Anfield past the expiry date of his current contract, Klopp will eventually depart Merseyside.
By the time that his contract expires in 2024, Klopp would have been managing the club for nine years and would be 57. A further four years with the club gives the German the chance to make Liverpool one of the most feared sides in the world.
Logical Replacement For Joachim Low?
Klopp is one of two candidates who can be considered the logical replacement to takeover from Joachim Low as manager of the national team. The other being Julian Nagelsmann.
The Liverpool boss, with his age and experience, is likely to be first-choice for the role.
Low’s current contract expires in 2022, after the Qatar World Cup. However, after a poor performance at the last World Cup in 2018, there is no reason to suggest that he may last until then.
Should Klopp depart, Nagelsmann may be lined up to take the reins from him.
The 32-year-old plays a similar style of play to Klopp, using the traditional German gegenpressing in his tactics. As a result, he may be the ideal replacement for a smoother transition into life after Klopp.
