Liverpool have announced manager Jurgen Klopp has signed a new contract at the club. The charismatic German has been an outstanding appointment since arriving in 2015. He has taken Liverpool to European glory and is on course to secure the Reds’ first league title in the Premier League era.

Liverpool initially announced their exciting news via the club’s Instagram account. Klopp has signed a new five-year deal which runs until 2024. The German has been a brilliant appointment and is taking Liverpool to new heights both domestically and in Europe.
A first league title is looking likely with Liverpool dominating the Premier League and going from strength to strength. Klopp has built a well-rounded, dangerous, hardworking team which has stormed the English game. They are eight points clear of second-place Leicester City and have a 14-point cushion on defending champions Manchester City. The German is making waves in England and certainly he wants to build on Liverpool’s tremendous 2019.
While Klopp comes across as a joker, he is a serial winner and passionate about the football his teams play. The pressing style he brought back in 2014 has dwindled somewhat in recent seasons. However, they are playing some wonderful football and proving a tough nut to crack. Klopp has drilled his winning mentality into the players with Liverpool’s never say die attitude apparent whenever they play. They are bulldozing their opponents and have been for the last twelve months.
