Leicester vs Bristol City Confirmed Lineups for March 10

Here are the Leicester and Bristol City confirmed lineups, plus the latest team news for their EFL Championship clash. Leicester are coming off the back of another winless game. On paper, a draw away at a high-flying Ipswich side is decent, but like their recent fixtureagainst Middlesbrough, they could have earned more. The Foxes decided to defend for much of the match after taking the lead, which gave them little threat going forward and defensive vulnerabilities. The Tractor Boys eventually found an equaliser and were controversially denied a penalty. As for tonight’s visitors, they are also struggling, as they have fallen to 10th in the Championship.

Injury concerns are certainly plaguing their recent form, as with many other sides, City’s best players are out. Rob Dickie and Rober Atkinsons’ absences haven’t been ideal, with more and more youngsters being added to their bench. In addition to this, midfielder Adam Randell will be suspended after seeing red against Coventry.

Similarly, the Foxes are also not enjoying a strong spell. Gary Rowett’s side haven’t won a game since January 5th, whilst their defensive woes reach a new low with 34 games without a clean sheet. Their chances of survival are dwindling by the week, as this group of players seems to be devoid of confidence.

In terms of injuries, Fran Vieites and Jeremy Monga are set to miss out on the clash. On the contrary, Jamaal Lascelles is returning from a stint out. Rowett certainly sees the addition as a major positive. He said: “We have some experienced centre-halves who, of course, when you’re in this position, when you haven’t kept a clean sheet, you’re looking at those being available.”
