This is the Manchester United confirmed lineup for their Premier League clash with Brentford. The league is basically a formality for the Red Devil’s so they will likely have one eye on the Europa League in this one. They don’t have enough squad members to fully rotate though so they’ll have to be clever with the decision-making here.
Manchester United Confirmed Lineup vs Brentford in Premier League Tie
Manchester United Team News
Altay Bayindir starts in goal with Matthijs de Ligt, Luke Shaw, Patrick Dorgu, Harry Amass, and Tyler Fredericson across the back line. Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo are the central midfielders with Chido Obi, Mason Mount, and Alejandro Garnacho up front.
Notable Changes
It’s a heavily changed lineup from Ruben Amorim with a number of young players and fringe members getting to start. Most surprising is likely the return of Mount who has been injured for a while. The players will still be placed into the now standard 3-4-3 setup but there’ll likely be some interesting fits and players getting adjusted to their role.
With the league all but out of the question for the team they might as well rest players and see who they have on hand for the Europa League and the upcoming season.
