The English winger has been out of action since the December (2024) period after he picked up a nasty injury in their 3-0 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. “All the careful things are already done. Now it’s about putting him on the grass at the right moment, but he’s pushing because he really wants to. We have respected the timeline and we have done everything. Bukayo is a massive weapon that we have. We know the impact he has in the team and how important his role and contribution is to our success”.

This comes after the Spanish gaffer had indicated before the break that Saka would return to training during that period. The 23-year-old appears to have quickly regained match fitness and will now be ready to help Arsenal in the final stretch of the 2024/25 season.

It’s claimed that there is no rush for this as the Englishman is contracted to Arsenal until the end of June, 2027 but that the Gunners’ new sporting director Andrea Berta will handle this case.
