Chelsea Strike Agreement With PSV for Madueke
Despite having already signed five players in the January transfer window, Todd Boehly is just not stopping reinforcing Graham Potter’s squad. Romano adds that even after signing Mudryk, the Blues have decided to proceed with Madueke’s signing because they want to add more firepower and depth to their attacking force.
He also adds that Chelsea’s talks with the 20-year-old’s agents never really stopped and the Premier League heavyweights have now found an agreement with the Eredivisie club as well. The Blues will be paying a fee of around £30 million to PSV for the deal, with official contracts being prepared by both clubs now.

Madueke has already agreed personal terms and will sign a long-term contract with the Premier League heavyweight soon. Chelsea are reported to have been working on this deal for quite some time now, and now seem to be set to sign him well before the end of the January transfer window.
Todd Boehly has only been at Chelsea for 233 days.
Noni Madueke's arrival means the men's team are averaging (even though windows don't quite work like that) a new signing every two weeks. Can't fault the ambition! 🧑🍳 pic.twitter.com/7afpr0ycCm— Ben Jacobs (@JacobsBen) January 19, 2023
