‘Here We Go’ – Pablo Sarabia on the Verge of Completing Premier League Move

Portuguese Attacker Pablo Sarabia

Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently in a precarious position in the Premier League table. They have recently brought in a new manager and they now look to make further signings. Spanish attacker Pablo Sarabia is the next man in line, with a deal soon to be announced as per Fabrizio Romano.

All About the Player

Wolves are currently just two points above the three teams in the relegation zone; West Ham United, Everton and Southampton. Matheus Cunha has been loaned in from Atletico Madrid and former Fulham midfielder Mario Lemina has been signed too. Attentions can now turn to Spanish attacker Pablo Sarabia.

Sarabia will be joining from Paris Saint-Germain after a very successful loan spell with Sporting CP last season. It is difficult for anyone to break into this PSG side and so his minutes have been limited behind the hard-hitting front three in the French capital.

The 30-year-old is best known for his time in La Liga with Sevilla, where he made a name for himself as an elite playmaker and goalscorer. Under managers such as Vincenzo Montella and Pablo Machin, he was one of the most exciting players to watch in all of Spain.

Where Will the Portuguese Attacker Fit in at Molineux?

Sarabia will be reuniting with a familiar face in the form of Julen Lopetegui, having been managed by him twice before. Their paths crossed briefly in Seville and they were together over a decade ago when they won the U19 European Championships.

Sarabia plays a slightly more reserved role but he will still be tasked with helping them out on the goals front, which is an area Wolves have struggled in.

Romano is reporting that the deal is set to be finalised today. Plus, “João Gomes will be unveiled as a Wolverhampton player this week” also.
