Lazio and Fiorentina are the Big Names
Qarabag of Azerbaijan were the first team out of the hat, a perennial side to feature on the continent in these sorts of competitions. They will cross paths will Belgian top-flight outfit Gent.
Trabzonspor of Turkey followed next, who boast a number of familiar names amongst their ranks including Marc Bartra, Maxi Gomez and Napoli-legend Marek Hamsik. Basel are their opponents, a side who themselves have enjoyed European success in the past.

It goes without saying that Serie A big-hitters Lazio are one of the biggest teams to feature in this UEFA Europa Conference League draw. Maurizio Sarri’s could well go deep in this competition with FC Cluj standing in their way in the first knockout round.
Bodo/Glimt came third in a very tough group behind Arsenal and PSV Eindhoven. They also caused Roma a lot of problems in the year prior and so they will fancy their chances against Lech Poznan. The Polish outfit have former Vitesse and Ajax player in charge, John van den Brom.
UEFA Europa Conference League Draw Continues
Whilst Lazio are one of the bigger sides, their fellow Italians Fiorentina up there too. They boast stars such as Nico Gonzalez, Jonathan Ikone and Luka Jovic under the stewardship of impressive manager Vincenzo Italiano. Braga of Portugal are no pushovers though and so La Viola will need to take this as seriously as ever.
AEK Larnaca versus DNIPRO is the next matchup brought about by the UEFA Europa Conference League draw. It’s not every day you see Cyprus versus Ukraine in the club football sphere and so this is the beauty of the tournament on show once again.
