The Deal

Accrington announced via their website they had signed the striker. Ashley-Seal arrives on loan for the remainder of the season and becomes Stanley’s newest addition.

The young striker has been on the books of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City before joining Wolves’ academy. The striker has been prolific for Wolves’ development squad scoring 20 goals in 37 games including a goal against Carlisle United in the Leasing.com trophy.

He has made just one senior appearance this season coming in Wolves’ cup tie against Manchester United. He brings plenty of pace and certainly Accrington Stanley will feed him with their intricate style of play. This will be his first taste of the football league and certainly, this will help his development as a player

He is unavailable for tomorrow’s game against AFC Wimbledon but could be involved after that against Shrewsbury in mid-February.
