It’s Official! Real Betis Sign Rayo’s Alex Moreno

Subsequent to its sponsorship deal with online broker EasyMarkets, Real Betis Balompie has signed Alex Moreno from Rayo Vallecano for a five-year contract. Real Betis has confirmed the news via its twitter post. The club appears to hire potential players prior to its transfer deadline.

Deal Post a Prolonger Negotiation Between Betis and Rayo

The player and the club were in a negotiation for a really long period. However now, Alex Moreno is officially a player of Seville club. The 26-year old footballer five-year contract will run until 2024. Alex played as a defender for Rayo Vallecano.

Real Betis will be paying a massive amount of 7.6 Million Euros to the Rayo Vallecano as a transfer fee. Furthermore, Rayo will be paid further 1 Million Euro if the performance objectives of the player are met. Ray Vallecano will also be receiving a certain percentage of future transfer fees. Evidently, these were the details that made the negotiation process prolonged.

Post Betis’s loss to Junior Firpo, getting this deal had become crucial for the club. In fact, Alex Moreno was expected to join the club in summer 2019; however, resourceful people at Estadio Benito Villamarin decided that they don’t want to sign a player who could hinder the development of Junior. Out of 38 league matches last campaign, Alex has been a part of 36 out of 38 league matches. He has scored a goal and offers two assists.

Now Monero will be fighting for his place in the side along with Alfonsa Pedraza, another new player in the club.

Real Betis has recently signed of Alfonzo on loan from Villarreal. According to the sources, Los Verdiblancos will be paying around 500,000 to 1 Million Euros for the loan based on the objectives. Moreover, they can buy Alfonzo next summer for 10-14 Million Euros based on the player’s target. Pedraza is Real Betis’s second signing post Juanmi, and he is likely to replace Junior Firpo.

Real Betis Gets in a Sponsorship Deal With easyMarkets

Along with signing two players, Real Betis Balompie has also entered a front-of-shirt sponsorship with easyMarkets. The CEO of easyMarkets states that the sponsorship agreement between the organizations will be providing great value. Through this three-year contract, the companies aim to build a long term relationship.

 

For three years easyMarkets brand logo will be exhibited on the t-shirts of Beti’s player. The sponsorship deal marks a new flourishing beginning for Real Betis and an integral step towards brand exposure for the company.

Real Betis finished 10th in the league last seasons, and now they are looking to improve their ranking. The club had also signed Borja Iglesias from Espanyol. In the last season, the player scored 20 goals, which clearly put him in the limelight. Real Betis paid over 28 Million Euros to Espanyol for hiring player. Through these new signing, Betis aims to improve the performance of the club and its ranking from the last season.
