Analyzing The 9 International Draft Prospects Remaining in the 2026 NBA Draft, and Where They Will Be Selected

Sergio De Larrea

De Larrea has been projected as a possible late first-round -to-early second round pick (No. 20-No. 35) due to the 6-5 guard’s size, shooting, and playmaking gravity. However, he will likely be selected in the second round.

De Larrea has been with Valencia Baskets for the last two seasons. De Larerea averages 7.0 points, 2.8 assists, and 2.2 rebounds with shooting splits of 43.1/38.6/80.8 this season. The 20-year-old Spaniard scored in double figures in 23 of his 48 appearances. He and Valencia will start the ACB Finals this week against Barca.

De Larrea is a 6-6 guard with a 6foot-9 wingspan and weighs 204 pounds. De Larrea is a skilled and intelligent combo guard who has shown the ability to knock down shots off the catch and to playmake. He possesses a good feel for the game and excels in pick-and-rolls and transition.  His lack of athleticism, strength, and consistency is a concern.  Josh Giddey is a good comp.
