Just 24 hours removed from being announced as the new head of creative and lead booker for Thunder Rosa‘s new Texas-based women’s promotion, Mission Pro Wrestling, indie wrestler Robyn Reid – best known as Ivory Robyn on the indies and The Disciplinarian on Women of Wrestling (WOW) – has been announced as the new Head of Female Talent by Florida’s Generation Championship Wrestling (GCW).

Founded in 2018 and based out of Tampa, Florida, Generation Championship Wrestling is one of the newer faces in the Florida independent scene and its announcement on Monday is a huge step in helping to create a positive and empowering workplace for female talents. Robyn Reid is no stranger to the Florida circuit, debuting in the area in 2016 and working for such promotions as Championship Wrestling Entertainment (CWE), Fighting Evolution Wrestling (FEW), and Pro Wrestling 2.0, where she held the PW2.0 Women’s Championship for an astounding 329-days before losing it to KiLynn King, who has recently appeared for All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Reid has also worked events for both Shine Wrestling and RISE Wrestling in the Florida area.
