Former 3x WCW World Heavyweight Champion Diamond Dallas Page is returning to the ring for his first proper match since 2011 after a confrontation with MJF turned physical on this past week’s edition of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Dynamite.
Following the gang attack from MJF and his mercenaries Wardlow and The Butcher & The Blade, AEW made it official, announcing that MJF and Butcher & The Blade would be in 6-man action against the trio of DDP, Dustin Rhodes, and QT Marshall.
Bash at the Beach at the Watsco Center is next week as @The_MJF, The Butcher & the Blade face @realmmarshall1, @dustinrhodes & the returning @RealDDP.

For the WWE Hall of Famer, it marks his first proper return in a match since 2011, when he teamed with fellow former WCW World Champion Kevin Nash against The Rock N’ Roll Express for Awesome Wrestling Entertainment (AWE) in Virginia in 2011. Before that, he competed in January of 2010 for Purks International Championship Wrestling (PICW) in Georgia, teaming with Air Paris (AJ Styles tag team partner in WCW). In 2005, he had a brief run with TNA/IMPACT Wrestling.

While his last proper match was in 2011 with AWE, he has returned to the WWE on two occasions since then. He was a surprise entrant in the 2015 Royal Rumble match and a year later, appeared in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32 in Arlington, Texas. His last proper match with WWE was a loss to Hardcore Holly on an episode of SmackDown in April of 2002. DDP was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017.
