#AndNEW: Tessa Blanchard Becomes First Warrior Wrestling Women’s Champion

Warrior Wrestling has become a force on the strong Chicago-area indie scene in a short span since its debut card a year ago this month. In a territory that features the likes of All American Wrestling (AAW), Freelance Wrestling, GALLI Lucha, and more, Warrior Wrestling has managed to find its own niche and create a top-notch indie promotion with captivating stories and featuring national, international and local talents. On Sunday night, at Warrior Wrestling 5 in Chicago Heights, Warrior Wrestling crowned their inaugural Women’s Champion, in a match featuring IMPACT Wrestling‘s Tessa Blanchard and Jordynne Grace, with a special guest referee, WWE Legend Nora “Molly Holly” Greenwald.
