In an update on the training of Dominic Gutiérrez, the 21-year-old son of WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio Jr., he has been training of late out of La Mesa, California at the Level Up Wrestling School. Level Up is a newer school, only founded in 2018, but it’s run by West Coast indie legend B-Boy, an 18-year veteran who has was a breakout star with Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) in its early formative years, as well as with Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), IWA Mid South, and other West Coast indies like Alternative Wrestling Show (AWS), Empire Wrestling Federation (EWF), and All Pro Wrestling (APW). He’s made a comeback of sorts the past year, working with Game Changer Wrestling (GCW), Bar Wrestling, Inspire Pro, and more.
Rey Mysterio’s Son Continuing Training
Best remembered for his appearance on WWE television during the Ruthless Aggression era in the infamous feud between his father and Eddie Guerrero, Mysterio posted several videos of Dominic training with B-Boy earlier this month, who is being assisted in Dominik’s training by another family friend in IMPACT Wrestling and Major League Wrestling star Konnan.
