Continuing his dastardly coup of Bullet Club leadership, last night Bullet Club usurper Cody Rhodes announced that he was underway with a club rebranding of sorts and that as leader (something that is, of course, still being contested by Kenny Omega, Tama Tonga and just about every other member) he would be retiring the iconic Bullet Club logo and unveiling a new one next week.

BULLET CLUB LOGO FINE?
Of course should this be true, it wouldn’t be the first time Bullet Club underwent a logo change, but it would be the most drastic. When Bullet Club was first formed in 2013 by Prince Devitt, Karl Anderson, Bad Luck Fale and Tama Tonga, the original Bullet Club logo was a far cry from the iconic skull symbol that’s been used the past few years. It was far more tame and more nu metal than Strong Style.
Some time before Devitt left for NXT (to become Finn Balor), they changed to the now iconic skull and machine gun logo that since become one of the industry’s most recognizable logos and merch movers, even finding a spot on the shelves at Hot Topic throughout North America.
Cody Rhodes’ announcement of the logo change was met by harsh criticism from fans of the group, and he received all kinds of hate directed at him on Social Media. One fan even burned his Bullet Club shirt in protest – although he seemingly thought he was burning Cody’s American Nightmare shirt, which Cody was quick to point out, he wasn’t.

That's NOT my shirt. That's the Bullet Club USA expansion shirt from the 1st long beach show.
So…you wasted a perfectly good shirt. https://t.co/OLXrkGYDpj

SMH. Not about "heat". This is a real thing. The logo change is for a myriad of reasons. Suffice to say, I've helped guide the group to a whole new realm of popularity/international success. We can't muddle in the past. Proud to sport the old logo, I'll be proud to sport the new. https://t.co/zyRdCcxSFz

And amidst the drama of Bullet Club of late, it didn’t take long for other Bullet Club members joining in the discussion.

One man who didn’t seem phased by it was the actual Bullet Club leader, Kenny Omega, who simply stated that Cody “will be dealt with”, most likely alluding to their upcoming head to head matchup at next Saturday’s ROH Supercard of Honor XII in New Orleans during WrestleMania weekend.
Um…A new logo…?! Everyone please have patience, this guy is on borrowed time and will be dealt with. pic.twitter.com/TFBxTiCpfC
