The WWE Universe was introduced to Danhausen at the Elimination Chamber in February. Since then, he has made the fans laugh and chant along to his “YOU ARE CURSED,” saying that’s more popular than ever.
He’s also made many different wrestlers angry in the few months he’s been with the company. Those specific wrestlers have included Dominik Mysterio, Kit Wilson, Matt Cardona, and the Miz. He has pronounced curses on many different wrestlers, leading to lost titles and hilarious circumstances.
Over the past couple of weeks, he has conducted many different experiments. Cardona, the Miz, and Wilson all got shocked during that time, completely turning them into minions that only repeat their catchphrases.
On the June 26, 2026, episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the Miz and Wilson officially took their place with Danhausen, following him to the ring and answering his questions. However, a certain tag team wanted some answers out of him. Would that lead to a simple conversation, or would it lead to a match?
Cardona and Danhausen Pick Up the Win in an Entertaining Match
Danhausen has been making the news regarding his experiments, with mass speculation online over who’s under the giant white sheet and who he’ll curse next. He also made the news for his cursing and uncursing of the New York Knicks. But Los Garza, Angel and Berto weren’t happy with him. On the June 12 SmackDown, gave him money to recurse the Knicks in favor of the San Antonio Spurs.
Last week, with the Knicks becoming NBA Champions, Los Garza yelled at him because they wanted the money back. Before they arrived, he ushered the Miz and Wilson to the ring, where they said their catchphrases. Angel and Berto ran out and immediately started punching them, leaving Danhausen in the ring alone.
Cardona then arrived to make it two on two, along with SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, who announced a tag team match between the four men.
The match started with offense between Berto and Cardona in the ring. Cardona got Berto in the corner and hit him, then jumped onto him from the top turnbuckle. He then punched him to the floor and gave him a Broski Boot, which turned out to be a mistake.
Berto flipped him over the top rope, where Angel kicked him to the ground. Cardona got thrown back into the ring by Angel, as he and Berto started stomping him, leaving him defenseless and far away from a tag to Danhausen.
Angel got tagged in again, and the two men kicked him onto the floor. They then slammed him into the barricade before rolling him back into the ring. After that, they clotheslined Wilson into the timekeeper’s area and ran back to the ring. Angel went inside and got slammed down by Cardona. Berto and Danhausen tagged in at the same time, with Berto getting hit with an inverted atomic drop and a clothesline.
Angel got tagged in, but Danhausen gave out punches to both men. It seemed like Angel was going to stop the offense, but Danhausen moved, leading to a collision between Los Garza. A German suplex led to an unsuccessful cover by Danhausen on Berto. Angel broke it up and kicked Cardona to the ground. He then went to grab a chair, but it got taken by Wilson after he was going to strike the Miz, leading to a Rough Ryder by Cardona.
Danhausen applied the roll-up to Berto, but he didn’t get the three-count. Berto kicked him and went to the top rope, but got cursed and fell to the ground. Danhausen hit a reverse DDT to pin Berto and win the match. Now, Los Garza have lost, in addition to not getting their money. With this problem solved, what trouble will Danhausen and his friends get into next Friday?
