MFT Becomes #AndNEW Champions on WWE SmackDown

For months, the MFT has been on the case of The Wyatt Sicks, as both factions look to assert their dominance as the prime faction on WWE SmackDown. After a couple of failed attempts, Solo Sikoa and his family tree finally brought back gold to the ranks of their clan on this week’s SmackDown.

The Wyatt Sicks went out as if their life depended on it, overwhelming Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga. However, the numbers game, as well as the mind games, played a massive part in this match. Talla Tonga, who wasn’t present during the match, would march his way down to the ring, taunting Uncle Howdy with the lantern. Howdy got a hold of him, but the patriarch of the Wyatt Sicks got more than he bargained for, eating a Samoan Spike in the process.

Lumis and Gacy got distracted, and Sikoa would drill Lumis with the lantern, allowing Tama Tonga to hit the Cutthroat, and giving MFT the opening to bring back gold to the family.

The Wyatt Sicks reigned supreme over the SmackDown WWE Tag Team Division for over half a year. Nobody thought they could be stopped, yet here we are. Solo Sikoa saw a goal, and along with his loyal MFT, he went for it. Now, there’s only one group atop the SmackDown tag team mountain as My Family Tree is the #AndNEW WWE Tag Team Champions of the world.

SmackDown tag teams before step up or stand aside, because this band of monsters will not be easily dethroned as they rebuild their reputation.
