Maxxine Dupri Gets Betrayed by Natalya on 1/19 WWE Raw

The past couple of months have been great for Maxxine Dupri and her WWE career. She started training under Natalya, transforming into a serious wrestler. Then she won the Women’s Intercontinental Championship from Becky Lynch, marking her first title win in WWE.

However, Lynch hasn’t gone away and has since stolen the title back. They’ve battled for months, going back and forth over a title that made Dupri a star and made Lynch a champion once again.

But Dupri had a golden opportunity on the January 19, 2026, episode of Monday Night Raw. She was taking on Lynch yet again for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. If she won, she would be a champion for a second time. Was she able to recapture her title and, more importantly, become a two-time champion?

Natalya Betrays Dupri and Allows Lynch to Retain

For months, Dupri and Natalya have had a super tight partnership. Dupri has been training with Natalya, which allowed her to unlock a new side of herself. Previously, the valet of Akira Tozawa and Otis, Dupri, left them behind for championship endeavors.

She was once champion, and now, with Natalya by her side, she was going to reclaim the gold. This was their sixth match against each other since August, so they’ve gotten to know each other pretty well. They’ll bring out the best in each other during the fight.

The match was good, but the ending is what everyone is talking about. Lynch maneuvered out of an ankle lock, sending Dupri into the turnbuckle. She stopped short of hitting it, as the cover was ripped off. Lynch tried to run into her, but got struck by the exposed turnbuckle as Dupri dodged her. She kicked her, applied the pin, and waited for the count.

But then Natalya put Lynch’s foot on the rope, stopping the count from being made. She questioned her decision-making, distracting her from the match. Lynch grabbed her and slammed her to the mat with the Manhandle Slam. She applied the pin herself and got the count, walking away still the Women’s Intercontinental Champion.

Natalya entered the ring, applied a Double Leg Takedown, then started punching Dupri. She then kicked her, slapped her, and put her in the Sharpshooter. Dupri couldn’t get an ounce of offense in, as she was beaten mercilessly by an angry Natalya. Fans were not happy, as they’ve grown to like her over the last couple of months.

However, a potential match is something that can excite many people. With Dupri’s storyline with Lynch seemingly all wrapped up, dealing with Natalya will now be her sole focus.
