WWE Money in the Bank 2025: Lynch HUMILIATES Valkyria

WWE Money in the Bank 2025 was the stage for Becky Lynch to assert her dominance over her former student Lyra Valkyria, finally. Lynch made a huge return in April at WrestleMania 41, winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Valkyria after defeating Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

Lynch would show her true colors as the Raw after ‘Mania saw her and Lyra drop the titles to the then-former champions, only one day removed from her amazing comeback. Becky would destroy Lyra after the bout. Since then, Becky Lynch was hellbent on humiliating Lyra Valkyria and taking the Women’s Intercontinental Championship to become a grand slam champion for the second time.

On this night in Los Angeles, Becky Lynch finally accomplished what she set out to do in absolutely devastating fashion. Not only was the title on the line, but a stipulation that required Lynch to win was in place, or she could never challenge for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. These two had one heck of a match, which is not a surprise, but they once again upped the ante.

At the end of the match, Lynch proved that she’s “The Man,” beating Valkyria with a roll-up, a very dirty roll-up with the hands on the tights for leverage, claiming her first Intercontinental Championship, and cashing in on the other stipulation set for this match.

Valkyria would begrudgingly raise her hand, recognizing her former mentor as the “better woman” between the two of them. Lyncy would push further, ordering Valkyria to put the belt around her waist. Lyra Valkyria had enough of this humiliation, delivering a German Suplex and a Nightwing to WWE’s newest two-time grand slam champion.
