Before WWE WrestleMania 41 Saturday, NXT put on their Stand & Deliver event. This took place at the T-Mobile Arena, and the opening contest saw Ricky Saints defend his NXT North American Championship against Ethan Page.
NXT North American Championship Match at NXT Stand & Deliver
The NXT North American Championship match saw Ricky Saints make his first defense of the title, and he did so against Ethan Page. Being a former NXT Champion, Page knows exactly how to get to the gold, and he proved it with this match. For a majority of the match, Page brutalized Saints.
There were several spots that could have ended the match, with Saints favoring his lower back and left knee. Despite Page’s efforts, Saints managed to best his adversary and pick up the win. Bloodied and bruised, but his reign continues.

At Stand & Deliver, Ricky Saints’ reign as NXT North American Champion was at 18 days. It continues on, but there will certainly be no shortage of new challengers in the coming weeks.
