WWE NXT Results (4/22/25)

The April 22 edition of WWE NXT emanates from the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, Nevada. This show will provide the fallout to NXT Stand & Deliver. The WWE NXT results for this week can be found here when the show goes live at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT on the CW Network.

The Judgdement Day’s Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 41, then shocked everyone by winning them back a day later on the April 21 Raw. They are set to defend their titles against Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley, who won the four-way elimination match at Stand & Deliver.

Stephanie Vaquer is set to defend her NXT Women’s Championship against former titleholder Roxanne Perez. Elsewhere, we can expect fallout from several Stand & Deliver moments, including the implosion of The D’Angelo Family.

Here is all that went down on the April 22 edition of NXT.

WWE NXT Results (4/22/25)

Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez (c) vs. Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley [WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match]

The Judgement Day’s Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez had their first defence of their fourth reign as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. They dominated all throughout their match against Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley, who had won their contendership at Stand & Deliver. Morgan and Rodriguez’s reign lives to see another day.

Lexis King Gets His NXT Heritage Cup Back

At Stand & Deliver, some local magicians made Lexis King’s NXT Heritage Cup disappear. This came after King expressed his refusal to believe in magic. He finally got the championship back, but he has to defend it tonight against an opponent yet to be determined.

Myles Borne and Je’Von Evans Form An Alliance

DarkState challenged Myles Borne in a backstage segment, but Je’Von Evans appeared and agreed to work with him against the new stable. There will be a tag team match later on in the evening.

Ricky Saints Addresses The NXT Universe

NXT North American Champion came out to address the NXT Universe and talk about his match at Stand & Deliver. Just as he was getting into it, King came out with a unique challenge. King will challenge for the NXT North American Championship and put his Heritage Cup on the line too, in a double championship match.

Noam Dar Returns!

King is still in the ring, awaiting his challenger to be revealed. That is revealed to be the returning former NXT Heritage Cup Champion, Noam Dar. The match between the two was short and, considering that the traditional Heritage Cup rules are no more, this was a straightforward one-fall match. Dar is the titleholder for the fourth time.

Fallon Henley vs. Thea Hail

The rising tensions within Fatal Influence are becoming visible. Usually an advantage, the numbers game actually worked against Fallon Henley in her match against Thea Hail. Jacy Jayne attempted to attack Hail but, after she ducked, Henley received the hit instead, and this led to Hail picking up the victory.

Oba Femi Addresses The WWE NXT Universe

Oba Femi came out to address the NXT fans on his birthday. He acknowledged and admitted he was impressed by Evans’ performance. When it came to Trick Williams, Femi made it clear that he had no love to share with him.

Williams took offense to that, as he immediately came out asking (demanding) for a one-on-one title opportunity. Just then, TNA World Champion Joe Hendry came out. Hendry made it clear that he was not impressed with Williams’ new attitude, but he had bigger business – Femi.

Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino Meet in the Desert

Luca Crusifino drove to the desert to meet Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, and he immediately started asking him why he betrayed Tony D’Angelo at Stand & Deliver. Lorenzo stopped Crusifino and simply asked, “Do you know why I invited you here?” Crusifino seemed to realise, as the segment ends with him saying, “Oh, fu-“

Sol Ruca & Zaria Backstage Interview

Sol Ruca and Zaria are interviewed backstage, with the latter looking a bit dejected. Morgan and Rodriguez walk by, and they mock Zaria for not having a title, whilst Ruca has two. They end up leaving, but it’s visibly weighing on Zaria.

Myles Borne & Je’Von Evans vs. Dion Lennox & Osiris Griffin

For a team that does not usually work together, Myles Borne and Je’Von Evans worked well together. Unfortunately, their opponents were DarkState’s Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin, and they just managed to always stay one step ahead. Darkstate ultimately picked up the victory, thwarting Borne and Evans’ hopes to be the ones to thwart them.

Adriana Rizzo and Tony D’Angelo Meet

Tony D’Angelo met Adriana Rizzo at a hotel, and the two had a heart-to-heart about Lorenzo’s betrayal. D’Angelo lets Rizzo know that she will be taken to a safehouse for her safety.

Ricky Saints Backstage Interview

Ricky Saints had a backstage interview, and he accepted King’s challenge for next week. Ethan Page interrupted but, before he could say anything, King attacked Saints.

Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Roxanne Perez [NXT Women’s Championship Match]

WrestleMania week has been quite busy for NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer. This time, she was defending her title against former champion Roxanne Perez. Of course, Perez showcased why she is already a two-time former champion, but Vaquer managed to vanquish her.

Just as Vaquer was about to exhale, Giulia came out and stood at the top of the ramp, making her presence felt. In the upper stands, Jordynne Grace was also seen looking on. It is clear that these feuds are far from done.
