If you read last week’s After The Bell, you already know a lot about what I’m going to tell you just after. This episode is essentially a follow-up to last week’s. It was a topic of discussion this week on NXT, as Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin clearly stated they were coming for the TNA Tag Team gold, as well as The Meta Girls. When it comes to the other TNA titles or the current storylines, things are taking shape, slowly and surely, and we’ll tell you more about it in this full TNA iMPACT preview for March 27th, 2025.
As we head to the Road to Rebellion, one of TNA’s “Big Four” PPVs, taking place on April 27, with a brief stop in Las Vegas on April 17 for ‘s next for Unbreakable, the question marks are going to multiply. Let’s hope that, in the end, they will turn into exclamation points.

The Stakes at TNA Wrestling
After defeating The System in tag team action, TNA World Champion Joe Hendry stands tall at the top of the mountain. But with challengers looming and chaos brewing in the locker room, what’s next for the TNA World Champion?
Leon Slater is out for revenge after being blindsided by a Superkick from Nic Nemeth last week on iMPACT! Slater made it clear: Nic can’t steal the spotlight anymore—because it’s already his. But with Ryan Nemeth in Nic’s corner, will ego get the better of the veteran, or will Slater finally silence him once and for all?
Following last week’s chaotic Championship Celebration, Santino Marella has made a huge match official: Ash & Heather By Elegance will face NXT’s Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley in tag team action. With Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson banned from ringside, can the Elegance duo keep their momentum, or will NXT continue to shake up the Knockouts division?
After an intense face-off on the first class penthouse, Chavo Guerrero Jr. returns to action alongside the Aztec Warriors to face First Class and Frankie Kazarian in six-man tag action.
Last week, Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich was blindsided by NXT’s Jacy Jayne after an intense confrontation with Tessa Blanchard. Now, Slamovich gets her chance at revenge in a non-title match—with Blanchard banned from ringside by Santino Marella. Can Masha maintain her dominance, or will Jacy shake up the Knockouts division?
After Ace Austin saved The Rascalz from a post-match beatdown last week, he now faces off against the mastermind behind the Northern Armory, Eric Young. With Judas Icarus and Travis Williams in his corner, will Young outsmart the one true ace, or can Ace Austin flip the script?
The Nygma’s View
This weekend, TNA Wrestling has a new taping session from St Joseph, MO. El Paso was a step to Rebellion, but not THE step. Everything remains to be set, even if a few matches are already in the back of our fans’ minds.
What’s next for Joe Hendry? Elijah still has a guitar, and Kaz still has the cup… And I sound like a broken record… I said it and I will say it again, I don’t believe in Joe Hendry. Then, does it mean having a new Champion we won’t believe in, too? Who will appear this week and challenge him? It could absolutely be anyone from the TNA or NXT roster. The doors are wide open…
Matches-wise, I tend to think the results are reflected in the match descriptions. With his brother by his side, Nic Nemeth may win or lose against the youngest TNA main-eventer ever, Leon Slater, but in the end, a 2-vs-1 situation will turn into a beatdown for Slater. The Nemeth want the Hardys, don’t they? First Class & Kaz vs Chavo and The Aztec Warriors match is probably going further, storyline-wise. It will be a good match, for sure, but what happens in El Paso will stay in El Paso.

Tessa Blanchard is banned from ringside, but what’s preventing her from interfering once Masha and Jacy’s match is over? We all know the answer: nothing. Ace Austin will be alone when Eric Young has The Northern Armory by his side, much like Nemeth vs. Slater, but with The Rascalz able to provide some assistance.
“Elegance, my a**!” kindly said Paxley and Dolin yesterday on NXT. Elegant way to say it (it’s my kind of elegance)… It seems like everyone wants the TNA Knockouts Tag Team gold, as The Meta Girls also request a chance.
And that makes sense, as NXT no longer has any Women’s Tag Team titles. If one day, an NXT wrestler wins a TNA belt, it will probably be that one. This week’s match features two teams, with two other teams banned. Read my mind? Brawl and a Fatal Four-Way for the titles soon follow. That’s all for this edition of the TNA iMPACT preview.
You’ll see for yourself if Nygma’s crystal ball was right. Left-hand surgery is scheduled for Friday, so I will see you back next week for a new preview and the return of After The Bell. May the Nygma be with you…
