Ding, Dong, Dribble: Bayley to Make WWE History in NBA Celebrity All-Star Game

Move over Miz, there is a new WWE celebrity athlete in town and she’s quite the role model. On Tuesday, the NBA and ESPN announced that Bayley was named to the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, joining Kai Cenat, who was recently spotted in some WWE crowds, along with fellow athletes, influencers, musicians, actors, and more. Bayley will become the first female WWE superstar to take part in a celebrity game for any league, following in the footsteps of the Miz, who has participated in both the NBA and MLB versions of the game, even twice winning the MLB Celebrity Softball MVP award.

The NBA All-Star festivities are taking place in Bayley’s home state of California, just about an hour from her hometown of San Jose. With no basketball team of its own, Bayley grew up a huge fan of the Bay Area’s team, the Golden State Warriors, who are hosting this year’s all-star festivities. Bayley has been named to Team Jerry Rice alongside Terrell Owens, Matt Barnes, Shaboozy, Walker Hayes, Shelby McEwen, and more.

It will be a busy weekend for Bayley as she’ll take part in the NBA Celebrity game on Friday, February 14th in Oakland, before hopping on a plane to head to DC for her triple threat NXT Women’s Championship match during Vengeance Day.
