The road to WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025 continues, and the January 28 edition of NXT confirmed three matches for the event. All three confirmed matches are for titles. With more than two weeks to go until the event, it can be expected that a few more matches could be added.
This will be the 13th Vengeance Day put on by the WWE. Under the NXT banner, this is the fifth annual Vengeance Day. The 2025 edition is a special one, as it marks NXT’s first major event to stream live on Netflix (available on Peacock in the US)
Below is the match card (as of January 28), as well the location, date and time of the event.

- NXT Championship Triple-Threat Match: Oba Femi (c) vs. Austin Theory vs. Grayson Waller
- NXT Women’s Championship Triple-Threat Match: Giulia (c) vs. Bayley vs. Roxanne Perez
- NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Fallon Henley (c) vs. Stephanie Vaquer

WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025 Date & Time
WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025 takes place on Saturday, February 15. The start time of the event is 7 PM ET/4 PM PT.
WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025 Location
WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025 will emanate from the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, D.C. This arena was opened in September 2018 and, in the past, has hosted AEW and NJPW events. Vengeance Day will be WWE’s first event at the venue.
