The feud between Ethan Page and Trick Williams has been a heated one, with the NXT Championship being the central point of it all. On week one of NXT‘s premiere on the CW, the two will have a championship match, with a special guest referee.
CM Punk will be serving as the special guest referee for this match, and it can be expected that he will have great influence when he dons the striped tee. This is already a high-stakes championship match and now, with Punk (the hometown hero) having a special position in the match, it just adds to the allure of it all.
Giulia Challenges Roxanne Perez For NXT Women’s Title
Roxanne Perez has served as a dutiful and fighting champion, defending her NXT Women’s Championship against any and everyone. Now, with Giulia added to the roster, Perez faces a challenge like never before.
Giulia is NXT‘s hottest signee at present, and getting the NXT Women’s Championship would prove her dominance. Perez is not willing to relinquish the gold anytime soon, and this will make for an exciting match showcasing versatility and proving who wants it more.
Wes Lee and Zachary Wentz Meet In A Street Fight
Wes Lee and Zachary Wentz were best friends once upon a time. That time has come and gone, and now the two are in the middle of a bitter rivalry.
As the show rolls around to Chicago, it’s only right that the two attempt to qualm their beef with a street fight. It can be expected that, with the two having such a feud, this could be the most brutal and violent match of the evening.
