This week’s episode of WWE NXT is the fallout from the Roadblock special. As usual, more matches can be expected to be confirmed as the event draws near. At the time of writing, only three matches have been confirmed for the show, including one title match, but it can be expected that more segments will be featured. Here is all you need to know ahead of the March 12 edition of NXT.

- Shawn Spears vs. Ridge Holland – Singles Match

Trick Williams Returns
Trick Williams made his return to the ring at Roadblock last week and immediately attacked former best friend Carmelo Hayes. What drove the wedge between the two were singles titles’ aspirations clashing, and it led to Hayes turning on his partner at NXT Vengeance Day. Since then, Williams has been nursing the injuries sustained but he is back with vengeance on his mind.
Having paid the favor back by costing Hayes his major opportunity, the pair find themselves in a highly volatile situation. Williams has been announced to return on the March 12 NXT, and it can be expected that he will have some words for Hayes.
Oba Femi Defends NXT North American Championship
NXT North American Champion Oba Femi has been defending the title and conquering any and all challengers with pure power. On March 12, Brooks Jensen will challenge for the title in an attempt to fully establish himself as a singles competitor.
Just as Femi rose with sheer force, Jensen will be looking to emulate that and have a moment of his own with the NXT North American title. This match will provide a clash of styles but an overwhelming shared drive and motivation to walk away with the gold.

Shawn Spears Goes Up Against Ridge Holland
Shawn Spears made his return to NXT (and WWE, in general) on the February 27 edition of NXT. Following a series of vignettes that ran since Vengeance Day, Spears made his presence felt by attacking Ridge Holland in the ring.
The following week, at Roadblock, Spears quickly defeated Uriah Connors before cutting a promo on Holland. This prompted Holland to come out to the ring and retaliate with a beatdown of his own. On the March 12 NXT, the two will finally face-off in a match to resolve their issues.
