WWE Raw Preview

Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre

Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre is a match that could headline almost any WWE PLE. McIntyre has been kicking everyone in the face who he thinks is preventing him from winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Cody wasn’t super impressed when Drew booted him in the kisser a few weeks ago on Raw. So the two will go one-on-one on this week’s episode.

Drew hopes to come out of the match in good shape as he will be heading into the Elimination Chamber in Perth on Saturday. Cody will want to score a big win as he looks to build momentum ahead of his WrestleMania 40 main event WWE Undisputed Championship match against Roman Reigns.

Jey Uso Eyes First Solo Championship

Here’s another match that would look great on the card of any WWE PLE. In fact,of qualifying when Jey Uso and Gunther first squared up against each other many suspected a feud that would last until WrestleMania.

But Uso will get his chance to end Gunther’s historic Intercontinental Championship reign, which will be at 617 days when they meet on Raw.

Aussies in Limbo Ahead of Elimination Chamber

WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley has deservedly been the poster girl for the WWE’s first-ever Australian PLE in Perth on Saturday, February 24. She’ll face Nia Jax on the show, so we will likely see a final head-to-head ahead of that match.

Raw’s other Australian superstars have currently been left in limbo ahead of the big show ‘Down Under’. “Big” Bronson Reed lost his qualifying match against Bobby Lashley, last week.

Reed said he was ready to snap after losing his dream opportunity to perform for his fellow Aussies. We might see him snap on Raw to set up a match at the Elimination Chamber.

Fellow Aussie Indi Hartwell will hope she can win the battle royal on Raw to give her the chance to perform on the show. The Last Chance Battle Royal to gain entry into the Women’s Elimination Chamber match will also feature Michin, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, Alba Fyre and Zelina Vega.

Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Liv Morgan and Tiffaney Stratton have already qualified for the match.

Judgement Day for Miz, R-Truth and DIY

The ongoing Judgement Day and R-Truth storyline has entertained us for most of 2024. We will see all four official members of the Judgement Day – Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh – take on R-Truth and his misfit collection teammates.

The Miz, Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano will back him up even though Truth isn’t really sure who anyone is.

Thanks for reading this week’s WWE Raw preview, enjoy the show!
