Last week’s edition of AEW Dynamite was historic for many reasons. All Elite Wrestling president Tony Khan announced that AEW will be coming to London for the company’s biggest event yet. Plus, the episode saw one of the hottest free agents in wrestling become #AllElite and new AEW World Tag Team Champions being crowned.
On Wednesday night’s Dynamite, the action continues to come fast and heavy as the leader of the Jericho Appreciation Society battles the “Limitless One.” And, one of the top contenders for the AEW World Championship battle his old arch-nemesis. It’s going to be one exciting April night that no AEW fan should miss.
Since it’s almost Wednesday night, and we all know what that means! Let’s preview the latest episode of AEW’s flagship show. With all that out of the way, let’s run it down.

Mogul Menace
On last week’s AEW Rampage, Swerve Strickland, head of Mogul Affiliates, announced a key merger finalized between his organization and another entity that will make them into one of the most powerful forces in all of wrestling. The official announcement came later when Brian Cage, alongside Swerve and Prince Nana, would assault Darby Allin, making it known that The Embassy and Mogul Affiliates are now one cohesive force.
Darby did not see it coming as he went through a hellacious bout with Lee Moriarty before the brutal attack. This Wednesday, these two will rekindle their intense rivalry that predates their time in AEW. Swerve’s motivations are still unclear. However, he seems to have unfinished business with his old foe. As AEW fans know, Allin doesn’t take anything laying down and will certainly look to exact his revenge come this Wednesday night.
Will Darby Allin come away victorious or will Swerve Strickland make an example of his longtime nemesis?
A Lesson in Respect
The latest edition of Dynamite saw Chris Jericho voice his displeasure with the, supposed, disrespect of a returning and victorious Adam Cole against his JAS stablemate Daniel Garcia. “The Ocho” stated that he felt Cole was pouring salt in the wounds of his fallen right-hand man, and the “excessive celebration” was uncalled for.
Before Jericho could say anything further, Keith Lee would enter the fray and said that while he and Adam Cole have never seen eye-to-eye, Cole is not that type of competitor. Immediately after the fact, Lee made it known that he had no respect for the former eight-time world champion. And, he wants to teach him a lesson on such this Wednesday night.
