This week’s AEW Dynamite was aiming to bounce back in the ratings after last week’s downturn against the coverage of Hurrican Ian. As they celebrated the anniversary of AEW Dynamite with some big names in action we were confident things would pick up. The AEW Dynamite ratings for the October 5 edition are out and we will run them down.

AEW Dynamite Ratings – Dynamite Rating and Viewership Data for October 5, 2022

As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics this weeks episode was back over one million fans at 1.083 million although it surprisingly went down a touch in the key demo to 0.33 from last weeks 0.34. AEW Dynamite has mostly been garnering over one million viewers since the All Out PPV and the incident involving The Elite/CM Punk.

This week’s episode of Dynamite featured Bryan Danielson & Daniel Garcia taking on the Jericho Appreciation Society’s Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara, MJF vs Wheeler Yuta, and a trios match in the women’s division.

Next week’s show is AEW’s debut in Canada which could lead to a boost in interest, but we’ll have to wait for the next AEW Dynamite ratings to find out if that’s the case.
