Brock Lesnar has won the WWE Championship once again. At Elimination Chamber, Lesnar outlasted five other superstars to win the WWE Championship for the seventh time in his career. This world title win adds to his historic collection of reigns, making him a 10-time world champion overall. He defeated now-former champion Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, Austin Theory, and Riddle in the match. “The Beast Incarnate” will now head into WrestleMania to face Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship and likely confirming a Title vs. Title matchup for the first time since WrestleMania 35.

Lesnar, the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble winner, won the main event of this year’s Elimination Chamber event. However, it wasn’t as if “The All Mighty” had a chance to compete, as an errant powerbomb by Seth Rollins caused Austin Theory to crash through Lashley’s pod. As a result, Lashley was incapacitated and deemed medically unable to compete. With Lashley out of the match, it was guaranteed that a new WWE Champion would be decided in the steel structure. The only reason Lashley had the title this time around was due to the interference of Reigns during Lesnar vs. Lashley at the Royal Rumble event. All signs were pointing to Lesnar walking out with the WWE Championship but plans changed when Paul Heyman turned his back on Lesnar once and for all.
