Preview: WWE Raw (11/22/21) – Fallout From Survivor Series

Bianca Belair Survivor Series WWE Raw

Monday night’s edition of Raw will feature the fallout from Sunday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view while also beginning the build to WWE’s newest PPV, Day 1. Day 1 will take place on New Year’s Day in Atlanta, presenting a whole new way for WWE to kick off the year. One of the questions heading into the show is if the current number one contenders for the WWE Championship and Raw Women’s Championship will be waiting until then to get their matches until the new event. Guess we might find out tonight. Here’s a look at the post-Survivor Series WWE Raw card for Monday.

What to Know – WWE Raw Following Survivor Series

Will The Sole Survivors Carry Momentum with Them?

It was a night to remember for Seth Rollins and Bianca Belair, who were both sole survivors in their respective elimination tag team matches last night. Rollins managed to eliminate SmackDown’s Jeff Hardy to win the match while Belair outlasted a four-on-one scenario to pull off one of the most impressive feats in Survivor Series history. Now each competitor will aim to use those massive wins to gain momentum heading into the new year and the Day 1 pay-per-view.

Big E Must Turn His Attention To Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins

Big E came up short in his “Champion vs. Champion” match against Roman Reigns on Sunday night, meaning that is time for him to move on from the tough loss and focus on the two men who seemingly want his WWE Championship. Those two men, of course, are Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins. Owens walked out on Team Raw at Survivor Series and has had a complete attitude change over the last number of weeks. Rollins, on the other hand, has a guaranteed title match with Big E. It should become clear as to when that match will be happening soon enough as Big E will likely want to face both men as soon as possible.

“Big Time Becks” Prepares For Liv Morgan

After defeating Charlotte Flair in a physical encounter, Becky Lynch has to feel on top of the world as the number one women’s champion in WWE. She can’t celebrate for too long, however, as Liv Morgan is waiting in the wings for her title match. These two should battle Monday night in some way before they ultimately compete for the gold.
