WWE Raw tonight will blast through the O2 Arena in London for its WWE Night of Champions go-home show. WWE Raw London will offer the chance for the finalists in the King & Queen of the Ring tournament to stand face-to-face for the first time. Both the men’s and women’s tag team titles are on the line, also. WWE Raw streams at 2 PM ET / 11 AM PT live on Netflix globally. Here’s what’s on WWE Raw tonight.
WWE Night of Champions Go-home show
Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will attempt to add Queen of the Ring to her bounty in Saudi Arabia. She will have to beat IYO SKY at WWE Night of Champions to do so. Morgan and SKY have been the two standout female performers on WWE Raw since it moved to Netflix. They will meet in London to preview their showdown.
It really is win-win for fans, as the winner will get a title shot at WWE SummerSlam. We will either get a SKY vs Rhea Ripley dream match, or SKY could decide to challenge Morgan if she beats her in the Queen of the Ring to earn a title shot. Morgan taking the crown either resurfaces the best women’s feud in years – Morgan vs Ripley, or gives me my dream match of Liv Morgan vs Liv Morgan at WWE SummerSlam.
Oba Femi is the most over person on WWE Raw at the moment and will string a series of various adjectives for “Ruler” on WWE Raw to describe himself.
He will trash-talk Jey Uso in London ahead of their King of the Ring final. Uso shouldn’t be overlooked. Brock Lesnar striking in Saudi Arabia to cost Femi the crown would set up a WWE SummerSlam rubber match. It would also potentially give us Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso, which will add a lot of story to the reborn Bloodline storyline.
Tag Team Title On The Line
Paige will get the hometown pop as she defends her Women’s Tag Team Championship with out-of-towner Brie Bella. But will the old curse of a local hero losing in front of their fans strike for Paige and Bella?
They face Lyra Valkyria & Bayley. The match will be soundtracked by chants of ‘heeeeeeeeey, Bayley, oh ah, I wanna know. If you‘ll be my girl.’ Bayley is one of the most popular stars for London WWE fans, mainly because of how fun it is to sing Will You Be My Girl? at her.
Hailing from just over the water in Dublin, Valkyria will also be very popular. Sol Ruca has said Valkyria can have a shot at her IC strap. But will Ruca be savvy and offer her the shot after her tag team matches? Probably not. Ruca is too chill for that.
“The Vision” also defends tag team titles against The Street Profits. Je’Von Evans and Seth Rollins both have reasons to get even with Bron Breakker and Austin Theory, which could play into the hands of The Street Profits. But with Logan Paul back in the fold, it’s hard not to back retaining the tag gold for “The Vision”.
Rollins and Breakker will be locked inside a cage at WWE Night of Champions. So the WWE Raw London event offers the perfect chance for one of these two men to claim final bragging rights. This means it is guaranteed to be an explosive WWE Night of Champions go-home show in London.
“All Ego” Ethan Page is expecting a shot at Penta for his WWE Intercontinental Championship. But Penta only wants to face Rey Mysterio, so Page has to settle for a match with Dragon Lee on WWE Raw.
