WWE Clash in Italy just got one more reason to be a “can’t miss” WWE Premium Live Event, as WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event (SNME) XLIV made another match official for the event between the champion, “The Man” Becky Lynch and WWE Monday Night Raw’s newest acquisition, Sol Ruca.
WWE Clash In Italy: Sol Ruca Gets Another Shot at Becky Lynch
Since coming to WWE Monday Night Raw, Sol Ruca has been met with mostly positivity, with the WWE Universe and peers knowing how good she really is, in spite of being only four years into the business. Ruca tore up NXT for the last couple of years, and now her big shot is here. Of course, Becky Lynch has been the person who has elevated the WWE Women’s Division over the last decade, and she’s not at all too pleased.
Lynch considers herself the measuring stick of WWE, calling her the “star-maker,” but very much also the “star-breaker.” So, Lynch thinks Ruca wasn’t ready for this, but Ruca begged to differ, saying at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event (SNME) XLIV, she will “snatch her soul.”
Ruca almost did exactly that, unleashing a relentless onslaught on the champion before the match could get truly underway. Lynch, probably sensing she may have bitten more than she could chew, would “inadvertently” pull WWE official Jessika Carr in front of a Sol Snatcher attempt, leading to her disqualification at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Backstage, acting as the General Manager for the whole event, Nick Aldis had a lot to say, stating that Lynch isn’t getting off that easy, as at WWE Clash in Italy, Lynch will face Ruca once again, but now, the Women’s Intercontinental Title will be on the line.
Lynch was livid, saying she didn’t know why she was being punished for an “accident.” WWE Universe, Sol Ruca was absolutely amazing in her short outing with Becky Lynch, and with the title on the line at WWE Clash in Italy, she may be snatching more than souls. It’s Becky Lynch and Sol Ruca for the Women’s Intercontinental Title at Clash in Italy!
