WWE NXT Preview (5/19/26) – A Night of NXT Debuts

Robert Stone has had his hands full with the WWE NXT roster over the last few weeks as a new slew of talent has emerged in NXT. Recently, we’ve seen the debuts of Kali Armstrong, Lizzy Rain, and Nakaru, and now more are set to debut next week.

With this new talent emerging, it is creating pressure on everyone else to step up and pursue the opportunities they want. People such as Tavion Heights, Kendal Grey, and Keanu Carver have been featured more recently, making it clear they are looking for gold.

Among all of this, the women’s division is running rampant. Last week, NXT closed with Izzi Dame attacking Lola Vice in the middle of Kelani Jordan vs. Kendal Grey. Dame was the one standing tall with the NXT Women’s Championship, again. While Lizzy Rain, Nikkita Lyons, and Zaria all want an NXT Women’s North American Championship match.

Keep reading to find out what will happen next week on NXT and if any of these issues can get a resolution. Be sure to check back for updates.

Coming all the way from England, Tristan Angels will be making his NXT debut next week. Over the last few weeks, we have learned a bit about Mr. England himself. Such as how he is a seventh-generation sheep farmer in Dorset, England, but craves gold in wrestling.

The 22-year-old has wrestled for various promotions across England since 2022. By 2025, Angels was competing for the WWE. Now in NXT, he is wasting no time making his name known. Angels had interrupted the NXT North American Champion, Myles Borne, and had a tense encounter with Shiloh Hill backstage last week on NXT. This could be a tease for possible upcoming feuds.

It has been announced that Tristan Angels will be making his NXT in-ring debut next week, but it has not been announced who he will be facing. While we don’t know who he will be competing against, it seems like Mr. England has a bright future set up for him in NXT.
