Why WrestleMania 42 Night One Is “Can’t Miss”

A Great Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

The Women’s Tag Team Championship doesn’t have the most impressive history at WrestleMania. There haven’t been many great matches, with most of them being thrown together to get more bodies on the card. This year, WWE has put thought into the build surrounding the Women’s Tag straps.

They have done a great job of interweaving the four teams and creating real drama between them. It makes sense to have the four teams going to battle at WrestleMania.

As far as match quality goes, if given enough time, these women will knock it out of the park. Six of the women involved are former World Champions, and those who haven’t won the big one are destined to. This is the perfect blend of past, current, and future stars of World Wrestling Entertainment.

It’s exciting to think about the possibilities of entering this fatal four-way match. If the time is there, these women will create a match that erases the past fumbles of WrestleMania.

Will The Crowd Fully Turn On Cody Rhodes?

The WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton has more history than any match on either card. These two men have been involved with one another since Cody Rhodes broke into WWE, and it was only a matter of time before they went to war over the big strap.

This is going to be a match for the ages, and it has everything that a WrestleMania main event needs to be a success. However, the most interesting dynamic of the match isn’t the result or match quality, but how WWE will play out the audience’s reaction to Cody Rhodes.

In the weeks leading up to this match, the WWE audience has clearly been rejecting Cody Rhodes, showing more support for a heel Randy Orton. It’s reminiscent of how Rhodes match went with John Cena last year, but how it will play out is the intriguing part. Will WWE finally pull the trigger on a Cody Rhodes heel turn?

There is no telling how this match will play out, and how the crowd will react to it. It’s the type of intrigue that makes us want to have our eyes on WrestleMania’s main event.
