2. Triple H – 4 Wins
One of the most prolific performers in the history of the Elimination Chamber is Triple H. The Game featured in the inaugural Elimination Chamber match but failed to retain the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series 2002.
However, Triple H stamped down his authority in two subsequent Elimination Chamber matches. An injured Triple H defeated Goldberg, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Kevin Nash, and Randy Orton to retain the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam 2003.
The Game notched up his second win in an Elimination Chamber match at New Year’s Revolution 2005 to capture his 10th WWE World Championship. However, Triple H waited three years to win an Elimination Chamber match again at No Way Out 2008.
He clinched a record third victory in an Elimination Chamber match, and Triple H extended that record to a fourth win at No Way Out 2009. The Game lastly eliminated The Undertaker to win his 13th WWE World Championship, turning out to be his final win in an Elimination Chamber match.
1. John Cena – 4 Wins
John Cena’s had his ups and downs in Elimination Chamber matches over the years. He became the first man to drop both the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships in Elimination Chamber matches to Edge and Bray Wyatt, respectively, at No Way Out 2009 and Elimination Chamber 2017. However, he’s had some fond memories when competing in the barbaric structure.
Cena defeated Carlito, Shawn Michaels, Chris Masters, Kane, and Kurt Angle to retain the WWE Championship in his first Elimination Chamber match at New Year’s Revolution 2006. The leader of the Cenation waited four years for his second Chamber win. He clinched his eighth WWE World Championship at Elimination Chamber 2010, the only time that he’d win a world title in a Chamber.

Cena tied Triple H for three Elimination Chamber victories at Elimination Chamber 2011 after he eliminated CM Punk, booking his place in a WWE Championship match with The Miz at WrestleMania 27. However, Cena’s fourth and final victory in an Elimination Chamber match was 14 years later in 2025.
Cena lastly eliminated CM Punk once again in a star-studded Chamber that included Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, Damian Priest, and Drew McIntyre. His win was a record-equaling fourth, and Cena went on to beat Cody Rhodes for a record-breaking 17th WWE World Championship at WrestleMania 41.
