1. Randy Orton – 9 Appearances
Unsurprisingly, Randy Orton boasts the most appearances in Elimination Chamber matches. The 14-time WWE world champion has competed in a record nine Elimination Chamber matches, with his first outing as a 23-year-old at SummerSlam 2003.
Nonetheless, Orton challenged for his Evolution mentor, Triple H’s World Heavyweight Championship, but was tasked with aiding the Game in retaining it.
Surprisingly, Orton has just a solitary victory in Elimination Chamber matches, but it was a major one. Orton retained the WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber in 2014. However, Orton’s most recent Elimination Chamber match appearance was in 2024. There’s a possibility he could feature in a record-extending 10th Elimination Chamber match in 2026, should he qualify, as Orton’s quest for a 15th WWE world championship continues.
