One Last System Dance
Before JDC retires from in-ring competition at TNA Genesis, he fought alongside his System‘s allies one last time as they battled TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater, Cedric Alexander, and TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys. Bodies were flying as everyone took to the skies for aerial offense. The System cut off the ring and wore Slater down.
Slater fought back with a handspring back elbow to Myers and tagged in Jeff. Myers counters the Twist of Fate to regain control. Moose hit Alexander with the Go To Hell as the match broke down. The Hardys teamed up with Slater for a double Plot Twist. Alexander rolled up Moose to score the victory for his team. Nygma says: One good point for Alexander before TNA Genesis, and a great bout.
The contract signing
Director of Authority Santino Marella presided over the TNA World Championship Contract Signing between Frankie Kazarian and Mike Santana ahead of their match next week on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC. Marella was still depressed as he buttoned Monday with Tuesday (our way to say: do your buttons up wrong).
He announced that the winner would defend the title just two nights later at TNA Genesis. Both Champion and Challenger declared victory when the Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner, Nic Nemeth, interrupted them. Nemeth took credit for the buzz surrounding TNA Wrestling and teased that he may call his shot on the AMC premiere. Nygma says: No genuine surprise here.
.@NicTNemeth is watching and ready to call his shot on the debut of Thursday Night iMPACT on @AMC_TV!
