Joining The Judgment Day was the best thing to happen to Rhea Ripley’s WWE career. The Nightmare’s presentation changed overnight as a major star. Ripley cemented her dominance by entering the 2023 women’s Royal Rumble match from the unenviable number one spot. However, Ripley excelled, and she was perfectly suited to be put into that role.
Ripley tore through the field with little bother. B-Fab, Chelsea Green, Nia Jax, Michelle McCool, and Nikki Cross were some of her victims. Ripley and Liv Morgan, with whom she has had a history with were battling it out to win the Rumble.
Ripley eliminated Morgan to become the first woman to win the Rumble from the number one spot. However, Ripley deserved the victory, and she broke the record for the longest time spent by a woman in a Royal Rumble match by lasting one hour, one minute, and eight seconds.
