TNA iMPACT Results And Review (12/11/25) – The NXT vs TNA Steel Cage Road

Advantage NXT

Matt Cardona battled NXT’s Lexis King, with the winner earning the advantage for their team in next week’s Steel Cage Match. King sent Cardona shoulder-first into the steel ring post. He then distracted the referee as Cardona took out Stacks with Radio Silence. King capitalized, rolling up Cardona from behind to steal the victory.

After the match, Cardona jumped on King but fell victim to the numbers game. King attacked the left arm of Cardona with his cane. Former TNA International Champion Steve Maclin chased them off. Nygma says: Read back the preview. I told you Stacks would give back. Whatever, I’m Team TNA for life.

A Guerrero by Elegance

Harley Hudson and Myla Grace battled The Elegance Brand. Before the match began, Heather and M by Elegance attempted to assault Hudson and Grace with holiday gifts. M feigned an injury as Heather attacked Hudson from the apron. The tide began to turn as Grace was tagged into the match. Grace hit M with an assisted Code Red.

Hudson clobbered The Personal Concierge with a holiday gift. Grace secured a pin attempt on Heather, but M shifted the momentum, allowing Heather to score the victory. Nygma says: Eddie Guerrero, El Paso’s own, was lying, cheating, and stealing. And The Elegance Brand cheated to steal the win.

Slater vs Alexander, X-Division Championship Round 2

Jake Something, Cedric Alexander, Ryan Nemeth, Dezmond Xavier, B.D.E., and Jason Hotch clashed to become the #1 Contender for the X-Division Championship. Mustafa Ali was on commentary. Alexander and Xavier teamed up for a double powerbomb on Something. Hotch hit a step-up Moonsault to Alexander and Something on the outside.

B.D.E. was next, but Nemeth cut him off with a clothesline. Nemeth grabbed a chair, but Mara Sadé disarmed him. B.D.E. hit Something with a Frog Splash. Alexander pinned B.D.E. following the Lumbar Check to win. Nygma says: I’m a bit surprised by the lack of valuable contenders as TNA chose Alexander again, unless Leon Slater is on his way to WWE NXT.

She has interviewed hundreds of wrestlers from WWE, MLW, TNA, NXT, AEW, and many more promotions. The Nygma is now the new “Authority” on TNA Wrestling and NXT for Last Word on Pro Wrestling.
