About TNA Genesis 2026
On Thursday night, just before TNA iMPACT, the company announced that TNA Genesis 2026 would take place on Saturday, January 17, live on PPV and TNA+ from the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, Texas. The PLE will happen two days after TNA iMPACT premieres on AMC.
Last night, JDC announced in a moving segment that he wants to face his close friend and ally, Eddie Edwards, in his final match at TNA Genesis. He said that TNA Wrestling is the only place, and the only people, who have really accepted him. The only place where things made sense.
Twenty-six years later, he made a promise to his wife. He looked up to Frankie Kazarian, one of the reasons why he has been in this business. JDC then announced that, if he wins the TNA World Championship, there’s only one man he wants to face at TNA Genesis: his brother Eddie Edwards. Sadly, JDC didn’t win, but for sure, the challenge is still on.
