At 17 World Championships, John Cena stands head and shoulders above everyone else. However, Cena is also a two-time Royal Rumble winner, something only a few others can say they have done. He won the match in 2008 and in 2013.
Furthermore, he is a five-time United States Champion, which is something many people associate with him. The United States Championship was his first singles title in WWE, and he would issue weekly open challenges for the title in 2015. Finally, he is also a four-time tag team champion and the 2012 Money in the Bank winner.
Most recently, Cena won the Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio, making him a Grand Slam Champion.
