If WWE wants to create a major supervillain, having Drew McIntyre defeat John Cena in the latter’s final match would be the way to go. The Scottish Warrior has done some of the best work of his career in recent months, and it’s time for WWE to launch him into the stratosphere.
McIntyre recently came off a significant loss to Cody Rhodes at Saturday Night’s Main Event. He would want to regain momentum and get his career back on track. Putting his WWE Championship pursuits on hold and entering “The Last Time is Now” Tournament to retire John Cena would be the ideal way to build his case.
