As announced last week on TNA iMPACT, this week’s TNA iMPACT episode is another unusual one, as it’s a “Bound For Glory: Fade to Black” special episode. Like after Slammiversary 2025, TNA Wrestling will offer a unique behind-the-scenes look at the company’s biggest event of the year.
“Follow the stars of TNA Wrestling as they prepare for the biggest event of the year. See the emotion, the passion, and an up-close look behind the scenes,” says TNA Wrestling. “Plus, witness an encore presentation of the epic Bound For Glory main event, Trick Williams vs. Mike Santana for the TNA World Championship.”

“In Darkness, Glory Shines”
With “Fade to Black,” TNA Wrestling offers a unique view of what happens before and after the matches. TNA President Carlos Silva, as well as the producers, announcers, and wrestlers, share their thoughts about the company, the matches, the event, their opponents, and more. “In darkness, glory shines,” says TNA Wrestling, as what happens behind the scenes is as important as in-ring action.
The Champions coming out of Bound For Glory are World Tag Team Champions The Hardys, Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan, International Champion Steve Maclin, X-Division Champion Leon Slater, Knockouts World Tag Team Champions The IInspiration, and TNA World Champion Mike Santana.
We may also hear about Frankie Kazarian and Nic Nemeth, the two winners of the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match. Elijah returned from injury at Bound For Glory, slamming a guitar on Nemeth’s head, and the System won the Hardcore war. Also, Team 3D left their boots in the ring after the One Last Table match against The Hardys. Chris Bey appeared to announce a new attendance record.
BFG. New champ. New era.

The “Fade To Black” Concept
After Slammiversary 2025, TNA Wrestling offered to its fans “Slammiversary: Fade to Black.” Described as “a first-of-its-kind, cinematic mic’d-up experience that fuses the rawness of live sports with the emotion and spectacle of professional wrestling,” the documentary wasn’t just behind-the-scenes.
We followed the wrestlers live, from the locker room to the gorilla. Muted moments of focus. Spikes of adrenaline. Natural hype. TNA Wrestling added, “It’s more honest. More off the cuff. Less ‘wrestling,’ more human truth. This is a fresh layer of storytelling that deepens fan connection, drives digital engagement, and gives the audience a reason to believe beyond the ring.”
To describe “Slammiversary: Fade to Black,” TNA said: “There’s a moment right after the final bell rings when the noise dies and the silence sets in. No entrance music, just the truth, your heartbeat, your regrets, and the weight of what you gave and what you lost.” If “After the Glory” was more of an after-event episode, “Bound For Glory: Fade to Black” is meant to be a real in-depth look at the PLE, right from the heart of those who made it possible.
What’s Next?
TNA has no events scheduled until Thursday, November 13, when TNA iMPACT! airs live from Full Sail University in Orlando, FL. On November 14, TNA presents the PLE Turning Point live from Orlando. A taping session is set for the day after at the same place. Be sure that Nygma will make you live the best of “Bound For Glory: Fade to Black” and everything that happens after.
